Say that Mr. Henry Tyers< no role > who keeps the Sign of the Anchor and
Crown in Morefields and whose one of the Prosecutors against
the abovenamed Defendants for a Felony and Burglary [..]
has by a Fall lately reced Such Hurt and Brinses that his
life is Despaired of and cannot possibly any ways attend this
Honble Court at Present to Prosecute the said Defendants
without the Danger of looseing his Life
