did See John Cox< no role > , by the Name and Addition of John Cox< no role > of the Parish
of Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of Middlesex Esquire , Seal
and as his Act and Deed deliver to the Uses and Purposes therein
mentioned and contained, the Two Parchment Indentures now Exhibited
unto him this Deponent whole, unde faced and uncancelled, bearing Date
the Twelfth and Thirteenth day of June Last, made or mentioned to
be made between the Said John Cox< no role > of the One Part, and John Cox< no role >
Citizen and Grocer of London , Nephew of the Said John Cox< no role > Esquire
of the Other Part, purporting and being Deeds of Bargain and Sale, and
Release, of Four hundred Acres of Land, and Premises thereunto
belonging, in West New Jersey in America , and that he this Deponent
as Witness to the Sealing and Delivery of the Said Indentures, did on
Each of them Write and Endorse his Name, as by the Same it doth
and may Appear, And this Deponent of their Saith, That he was
Likewise Present and did See the Said John Cox< no role > Citizen and Grocer
of London , Seal, and as his Act and Deed deliver the Letter of Attorney
now also Exhibited unto him this Deponent whole, undefaced and
uncancelled, bearing date the twenty Second day of June Last, for the
Uses and Purposes therein mentioned and contained, and that he this
Deponent as a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery of the Said Letter
of Attorney, did thereunto Subscribe his Name, as thereby it Likewise
doth and may Appear.
