the County of Middx Barber Taken before me one of his
Majestys Justice's of the peace for the Said County
the Eleventh [..] and Four and Twentyeth Days of December Last
The Informacon of James Hall< no role > who upon his Oath
Deposeth and Saith that on Wednesday the Ninth Day of this
Instant December One Lyonell Theed< no role > came to this Informant
Desireing to Know what Ingredients he used to melt Silver
And he Denied to tell him but in Some time the Said Theed
with one Richman and one Ballenger Came to him and brought
A parcell of Broken Battered Silver Very much Defaced but
this Deponent perceived Something of A [..] age About Some
parts resembling Tankard Work Which Silver Was delivered
to this Informant by Francis Richman< no role > in three papers
his Melting Pot being Hot this Informant Imediately put
it into the pot and When Melted returned the Same and
Ballenger took the Same and Gave this Informant two
Shillings for his Labour
