Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate London-

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of the Right Honble: Francis Child< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor
of this Citty and Sr: Richard Brocas< no role > Knight two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the said Citty (Quor Un) bearing date the
Sixteenth day of February Anno Dom 1731 Matthew Seegor< no role > and
Mary< no role > his Wife were Removed from the Parish of St. Buttolph
without Aldersgate , London to the said Parish of St: Giles
without Cripplegate London as the place of the last legall
Settlement of the said Matthew Suger< no role > and Mary< no role > his Wife

That your Petrs. Conceive themselves Aggreived by
the said Warrant or Order and humbly Appeale against
the same

Your Petrs: therefore humbly Pray that your
Lordship & Worships will be pleased to Appoint a
day of this Present Sessions that all Parties may
Attend to hear and Abide the Judgment and
determmacon of this Court for and touching the said
Appeal

And your Petrs: as in duty bound shall ever pray.
