The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mildred
in the Poultry London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of Humphry Parsons< no role > Esqr and Francis
Child< no role > Esqr . Two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for
the City of London (Quorum Unus) bearing date the Second
day of December last Elizabeth Catlin< no role > a Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborne
London as the Place of her last legall Settlement By
which Order of the said two Justices Yor. Petitioners
Conceive themselves to be Agreived and humbly
Appeal therefrom

And Therefore Yor. Peticoners pray
that the Church Wardens & Overseers of
the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
London & all other persons concerned
may attend this Court this present Sessions
& stand to & abide the determinacon
of this Court touching the Merrits of
this Appeal.

And Yor. Peticoners shall Ever Pray Etc.
