The Humble Petition and Appeall of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Faith under St.
Pauls London

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and
Seals of Two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace forthe said City and Libertys (Quor Unus
Bearing date the Twenty Fourth day of October
last Past. Abell Rockall< no role > was lately
Removed from the Parish of St. Martin
Ludgate London to the said Parish of St
Faiths under St. Pauls London as the Place
of his Last Legall Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking them-
selves Aggreived by the Judge-
ment of the said Two Justices of
the Peace, Appeall to your
Lordship and Worship's Against
the said order and humbly desire
this Court will make such order
therein as to your Lordship and
Worship's Shall seem meet.

And your Petitioners Shall ever Pray etc.
