The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwarden and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Sepulchre in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of A Warrant or order under the Hands and
Seales of the Right Honoble Sr. Richard Brocas< no role > Knt . Lord Mayor
of the Said City & Sr Francis Child< no role > Knt . & Alderman Two of his
Majties of the Peace for the said City (Quor Unus)
Bearing Date the Twelfth Day of May last past Aris Mary
Care was removed from the parish of St. Martin Ludgate
London to the Said Parish of St. Sepulchre Whereby Your
Petitioners Conceive themselves to be Aggreived.

Therefore they humbly Appeal to this Honoble Court
Praying that they will hear Examine and Determine the sd appeale and
Will please to make order thereupon for the
Releif of Your Peticoners as to this Honoble Court
