Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City, and the
Liberties thereof (Quorum unus) by you the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph
without AldgateLondon, That Rebecca
Gill
< no role > wife of Thomas Gill< no role > is

lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtained any
Legal Settlement there, and is likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and And forasmuch as it appears unto us by the Oath of
James Visitelly that about 30 Years ago the said
Rebecca Gill< no role > served the last two years of her Apprentice
-ship with one Redall Widow in the Hamlet of
Lime house in the County of Middx
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
said Justices are of Opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said Rebecca Gill< no role >

to be in the said [..] Hamlet of Lime house in the County of
MiddxAnd that thitherto She ought by Law
to be Sent

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St Botolph Without Aldgate
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
Rebecca Gill< no role >
from and out of your said Parish unto the said HamletParishof
Lime house in the County of Middx
And her deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and hereby required
to Receive and Provide for her according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this Secondday of April
Anno Domini 1730
