cannot possibly Make his Defence in this Cause For that
one John Milton< no role > on whose Oath this Depont was
Committed to prison gave his Information That he
received Money for and paid it to this Depont. on the
Sixteenth day of June last at a Coffee house in the
Strand whereas this Depont. doubts not but to prove
by the Evidence of the said James Cadwallader< no role > That
he this Depont. was not in company with the said John
Milton on the said Sixteenth day of June nor received
any Money from the said John Milton< no role >
