before me Sr. Wm: Billors< no role > Knt . & Alderman of the Citty of London

Who Saith That he being lately come out of Worcestersh . chanced to Lodge
at the house of Joseph Foreman< no role > who is Imployed to Tow the west Country Barge
and there became acquainted with Thos. Atwood< no role > & John Elsley< no role > who
perswaded him to goe along with them to gett something to pay their
Lodging & other matters due to Foreman their sd. Landford, wch. he
Confented to, & accordingly they went out together on wednesday last [..]
abt. 7 or 8 Miles from Brandford & searched Severall places as they went
along for Fowles, & at a Place unknowne in a Farmers Yard in the Free
they took abt. 2 Dozen of Fowles & 4 Ducks out of ye yard out of another Fear [..]
yard they look abt. 4 or 5 [..] more Fowles but where the place was
he cannot tell, The whole number being abt. 3 Dozen & 4
One Fowle was Sold, Two were Dressed at the said Joseph Fareman< no role >
House being Old Corks wch. the said Fareman told them was not fitt
to be carryed to Markett And the said Fareman said he would carry
the rest to Markett for them & Sell them wch. they Confented too
but came along with him in order to Receive their Shares with
him he knowing them to be Stolen
