This Examinant saith that on thursday Night Last he
was In Company with Daniell Ritlous< no role >

and John Dawkins< no role >
at an House in Shoe Lane
from whence
they went into Pancras lane
order & with design to
Steal some Lead from the Ciftorn in Pancras
Church Yard
and saith that the said John Dawkins< no role >
got over the Chuch
Yard Wall & Opened the Door of the Church Yard by turning
the Lock Back and then the said Dawkins took down an Iron
Barrweighing about Ninety Four pounds which bar was fixed
to the cistern & immediately they all went away with [..]
to a Smiths
Shop in Wych Street
without comple barr and
there they soald it to a woman for Six Shillings and ten pence
which was Dovided between them And this Examinant
Further Saith that about seven a Clock last night he this
Examinant with the said other persons went to gether to
Pancrass
Church Yard Aforesaid with a felonious Intention
to take away another Iron barr from the aforefaid place
but were prevented in their attempt.
