Case

The Examinant together with the Prisoners att the Barr mett at an Alehouse in the Lane on
Thursday the 30th: of Novr. last between 6 & 7 in the Evening from whence they went to St.
Pancrass Church to take some Iron from the Cisterne on the Propositon of Dawkins who declared it
was very oath to be done & accordingly Dawkins gott even the Church Yard Wall by the help of
Pristlove & pushed back the lock of the Door and lett in this Exaiant Greeway and Ritlove
imediately after Dawkins handed the Barr from the Cisterne in which he had been some time in
loseing of it

That They all Carryed it to a Smith's Shop in Aych Street and Sold it for 6s:10d which was divided
amongst them

[..] They all went againe the next night in order to fetch away another Barr but
before they had gott it were detected & taken.

That Eliz: Baker< no role > when she came home repaid her ye 7s:10d Eliz:Baker

For Prove the weight of it & that it was [..] of the Prisoners
& Exaiant who has part of it will him} Wm: Hewson< no role >

To Prove the Prisoners were all taken in the Passage of
St. Pancrass adjoyining to the Church Yard after
endeavouring to Escape & make a Resistance}
