Agreement to the Effect following Vizt. Wee Consent
that the Tryall in this Cause be put off, till the
Sessions after next Term And that the said
Defendant shall be Admitted to Bayl on his own
Recognizance of two hundred Pounds Penalty and
his two Sureties in Recognizances of One hundred
Pounds each if his Majesties Justices of Oyer & Terminer
