The Informt. William saith That abt. two or three
of the Clock this morning as near as he can guese
he this Informt. was in a Hackney Coach together
with Adam Milburn< no role >
Rowland Evans< no role >
& one John
David< no role >

. a Marshalls Court Officer
who had
the said Milburn then under an arrest & by the
assistance of the said Informt. & the saidDavisEvans
was conveying him in such maner thro' this City
to safe custody when being in or abt. Hatton
Garden
this Informt. saw the said Milburne
[..] give the saidDavisEvans diverse stabs with a
Knife one of which proved to be in his Neck near
his throat & the other two in his right arm of
which wounds he the saidDavisEvans now languisheth
And this Informt. James saith That abt. that time
or soon after he being a Surgeon was sent for to
the Watch House in Holbourne to assist the said
DavisEvans with his skill where he saw & dressed the
said Wound in his Neck but did not see the other
two till abt. nine of the clock the same morning
when his Clothes were of wch. he then also
dressed & upon the whole is of opinion that by
the nature of the wounds espially that in his
Neck
