The Informacon of Thomas Teff< no role > in
Sermon Lane Carver touching the murther
of Thomas Hill< no role > by Nathaniel Irish< no role > & on
the 17th instant in St. Pauls Church
Yard taken the 18th. day of March 1722.

This Informt. saith that on the said 17th. instant he
this Informt. saw the said Hill & Irish & fighting with
their Sticks or Canes in St. Pauls Church Yard abt.
between nine & ten of the Clock in the Evening & the
said Mr. Irish Knockt down by the deced & beaten by him
when down who having gotup again removed then
fight & drove the deced of the Channell & there
drawing his Sword he stuck the Deces who
imediately fell down & expired forthwith of then
wound

This Informt. saith That he likewise saw the said
Irish & Hill quarelling at the time & Place above
& saw the said Irish take the Deced by the Reck &
thrust him into the High Road where they went
to the fighting with their Sticks or Canes & he heard
afterward & that one of them who killed the he
actually said not & he found a naked Sword
thereby said to be the Sword of the said Irish wiz
the gave to the Constable who Produced the said
