past being an Appntice by Turne Over to Mr. John Baily< no role >
in New St near Shoe Lane

he hath privately
taken & Stoln out of his said Master's House or Shop one Silver
Hiltedof a Sword P with took & Chase thereunto & four silver Twist Handles of Swords
wch. he sold to Mr. James Smith< no role >
of Foster Lane
Gold smith
& that he took up in his said Masters Namesfourthree
other Silver Hilts of Swords with Hooks & Chales accordingly
of Mr Ravenoneand one of Mr. Willco & two of his said Masters Out Work Men
three of wch, said last mencoed Silver Hilts he alsoe sold
to the said Mr. Smith & the other to Mr.WilcoxBurridge
of Foster Lane alsoe Goldsmith And further Saith That for
Same of the said Silver Sold to the said Mr Smith he did
not receive of him above the rate of four shillings & six
pence Course & that he sold to Mr. Burridge not having
the Hall Mark this Exaiant did not receive above four
Shillings & Six pence P onuce for the same.
