The Examinacon and Confession of Charles Evans< no role > taken
before me one of his Maties Justices of the peace for
the City of London

This Examinant confesseth and Saith That he being a Servant
to Mr Richard Wallis< no role > Victualler he opened his Cellar door with
a knife and tooke thereout a bottell of Cunary and a Small
Vial of Cherry brandy and that he never took any thing else
