The humble Petition and Appeal of Sarah Atkinson< no role >
Widdow -

Sheweth

That yor Petr late husband James Atkinson< no role > in his life time had
a lease of a Messuage or Tenement in the parish of the holy Trinity London
which he afterwards converted into a meeting house for protestant
Dissenters which said Tenement never was lett for more than Two &
Thirty pounds P Annu before it was so converted into a meeting house
as aforesaid That Since her said husbands Decease your Petr is
become the Proprieter of the said meeting house, for which She is
now rated and charged to pay to the Poor of the said Parish of
the holy Trinity the Sume of Two Shillings and Six pence weekely
which your petr. most humbly conrieves is unequal and much
more than Other houses of the same or greater value in the said
Parish are rated and charged-

Your Petr therefore most humbly prays Your Honr
and Worpps will be pleased to hear her in the prmisses
and grant her such relief therein as to yor Honr and
Worpps Shall Seem meet
