Where had the view of the body of Mr Jonathan
Boalt
< no role > found Dead in the Street at the Parish
of St. Dunstan in the West Last Sunday Night
be had nears Large Wound on the hunder parke
of his head. But whether he read it by a blow,
or by an Accidentall fall there in as Evidence
as yet to be found to make it Certainely Appear
& by reason it might be by a blow, I have
thought fitt to adjourn the Jury without
giveing their Verdict at this tyme, in Order to
make a further Enquiry, & Soe if any
Evidence can be found who saw the party
fall to the Ground. But by what appeares as
pet there is nothing that in the Least touches
ann of the Persons who were detained upon
Suspitcon therefore if you thinke fitt, you
may please to Discharge them who in any
opinion have under you very Great hard Shops
for very Little reason. This is all but that
I am with profound respect.
