It is Ordered by this Court That One hundred Pounds part of
the MoneySeized by the Officer belonging to the Rank will be
Custody ofwch. was taken from Timothy Dawson< no role > by the Officers belonging to the Banknow Indicted for
andwho is now under confinemt in Newgt. upon [..] verdict found agt him for
forging & Counterfeiting a Bank note be either paid to him or
his Order for his Subsistance & Support [..]
[..] by the Governor & Compa. of the Bank in whose hands the mony
is now Lodged wth. And the rest of the mony taken from the sd.
Dawson wch. does not belong to the Bank remain in the Hands of the
sd. Governor & Compa. of the Bank Subject to Such further order
as shall be made therein by this Court
