The Said Mary Smith< no role >
being Examined on her Oath Saith That last night
She being in bed with her Child aged about 2 months at the house of Jane
Henley< no role >
known by the sign of the Harts horns
in Smithfeild
, about two of
the Clock this morning the said Jane Henley< no role >
with others came forceably
into her this Informants Room, whilst She was in bed as aforesaid and
without any provocation given by this Informant She the said Jane
Henley Strooke her Severall violent blows as She lay in the bed
And this Informt on her oath further saith That by the violence of the
Strikeing of th said Jane Henly< no role >
severall of the blows was given to her
said infant Child then lying in the bed by her this Informant by reason
of which said blows this Informt on her oath saith That She believes
the said Child is in great danger of Death
