of Middx Doctor of Physick maketh oath That
John Battle< no role > who Stands Indicted for keeping a
Disorderly house in the parish of St Brides London is now
Dangerously ill & confin'd to his bed for ye most part and
is not able to shee out of doors and has been So for above
afortnight past That the said Battle has been So
long a Kensington aforesd under this Deponts Cure
and as this Depont verily believes cannot come from
thence to take his Trial without Danger of his life
