he the said Fletcher Crossed the way & Went into Mr
James's house to the yard & presently after the place at
the Barr being clear & no person present the Said

Said Mr Jamess house & tooke a lighted Candle from the
Barr & went up two pair of Staires & there Stood in the
passage untill this Informant came up to her at wch. time
they went into a Room where the Fowle linnen is
comonly put where they Set the Candle in the Chimney
& Stayed there untill the Servants were gone up Staires
in the Garret to bed & then they went into a Roome
on the same flower where they found a black poplin
Gown & a Silke petticoate wch lay on the Bed & another
Silke gown & petticoate & a pair of Stayes trimed wth gold
three Shifts three white Aprons two handkerchefes a Muslain
neckcloath Senall blew Aprons two lace ruffles & a dimond
earing wch goods they put into a baskett & Margaret White
alsWellsWells brought them down to the one pair of Staires this
Informant lighting her at the Same time wth the Candle that
afterwards the Cloaths being emptied out of the basket
Margaret White als Wells took the basket & went upstaires
again in to the first room & brought down a Suite of
Manns Apparell but this Informant carryed them up
again & left them there And then they went down Staires
the Candle being almost out & this Informant putting
her hand into a drawer in the Barr thinking to find a
Candle found three Silver Spoons which She tooke away
And then finding the said Mr James not gone to bed
but was in the Vault under ground they went backwards
thinking to have gott out of the house that way with the
goods but when they came there they found all fast
& no getting out but found the above named William
