Linnen Weaver & of John Dixey< no role > of prson
in the same County Labourer

The Informt. Robt. Porter< no role > saith That on Tuesday morning
last he had stoln out of his Stable being upon the Latch
in Wurblesdon aforesaid a blew rean Mare value abt.
thirty shillings wch. Mare he found this day in
Smithfeild ridden by one John Whitmell< no role > a Young Ladd
in order (as he was informed) to be sold wch. Mare he
then seized and claimed as his own And the Informt.
John Dixey< no role > Saith That he did employ the said John
Whitwell< no role > to ride the said Mare for the purpose aforesd.
and was himself employed soe to doe by one William
Baxell< no role > whowith whom he came from Epsom & who
owned the said Mare to be his & desired him to sell
her for him
