this depont. being Shutting up the out windows, of her masters house, has

wash them, this depont. found the said John Leppard< no role > there, & as Soon
as this depont. Spy'd him She would have gone out, but the said Leppard
Sade hold on her, & boulted her this depont. into the said yard, & gave her
a Shilling, Saying he had given her nothing for her Christmas box, but
this depont. refused to take it, but he telling her again it was for her
Christmas box, She took it, imediatly after, the said Leppard did Violently
Sieze this depont. & putting up her petticoats, & Smock, did Carnally know her,
& this depont. further Swareth, that on or about [..] Christmas left
was a twelve month the Said John Leppard< no role > did offer great crudeness to
to this depont. by putting his hand up her Coates, & his finger into her
private parts, with other crudeness; that this depont. having Since been
Searched by a Skilfull Midwife, is by her inform'd She this depont. is young with
child.
