this Informt. was never worth one hundred pounds in his life or
to that effect he the said Parker imediately agreed with the said
vintner in his Description of this Informt. in order to further this
Escape of himself and the said Rice without being searchd & the
sd. Parker threw down a Crown for him self and another for ye. said
Rice wch. was two Shillings more then their reckoning and made
their escape as aforesd. tho this Informt. positively Saith that the
said Parker knew this Informt. to be another person than what
was so described by the said Vintner and that this Informt. had abt.
five months before that paid the said Parkers Father at one
payment the Sume ofFourthe [..] hundred pounds and upwards and at
the very time this Informt. lost his said Bagg of money the sd. Parker
had in his Custody to dispose of on Comission for this Informants
goods to the value of two hundred pounds and lastly this Informt.
saith that his Pocket Book was found on the said Rice when
this Informt. return'd to the sd. Tavern and charged him & the
said Parker with having got from this Informt. the sd. Bagg of
mony and this Informt. further deposeth that he doth verily believe
and suspect the said Parker tooke the sd. Bagg out of his pocket at
the time aforesaid or was concern'd in the taking ye. same
