on Oath this first day of Decembr. Ano. Diu 1714 .

Who Saith that abt. three Weeks agoe he this Informt. John
Savill
< no role > , Christopher Morgan< no role > and William Tibbs< no role > between
Eleven & twelve of the Clock in the night, went to a house
in Castle & brought out of the said house four pewter
dishes and tenn pewter plates which the said John
Savill
< no role > carryed away & was to sell the same the next
Morning.

The Informacon of Edward Hughes< no role > of Castle yard
in the parish of St. Andrew Holborn London Taylor
taken on Oath this first day of Decembr. Anno
din 1714

Who Saith that last Monday was fortnight between Eleven
and Twelve of the Clerk in the night this Informts. house
was broken open and that there were feloniosly
Stolen from thence four pewter dishes and tenn pewter plates
the Goods of this Informt. And two Holland Shights the
Goods of one Mrs. Hurst who Lodges in this Informts.
house.
