The humble petition and Appeale to Sarah De Payba< no role > Widow

Sheweth

That your Petitionr is an Inhabitant in the parish of St.
Katherine Creed church in London and is rated Two pounds
and eight Shillings for the Workehouse in Bishopsgate Street
which your Petitioner humbly conceives to be very unequall
and is much more than others in the said parish under the
like Circumstances are ratedat

Your Petitonr therefore most humbly Appeals to
your Worpps against the said Rate and pray that
she may have such releife in the prmisses as the
Law in that case directs

And your Petitioner Shall ever pray Etc
