Lune xxy die Februar 1713

By the Commitee of Common Council [..] appointed to
Examine and Enquire into the Proceedings had in or about
the late Election of Common Council Men for the Ward of Cheap

It is ordered That Mr. Round the Cittys Sollicitor doe give notice in writeing to oath
of the Eleven sitting Common Council Men in the said Ward, And also to Oath of the Eleven
Persons who have brought a Mandamus to be Sworne into the office of Common Council
Man in the said Ward That they doe attend this Committee at their next sitting on
Fryday the Twenty Sixth Instant at Four of the Clock in the afternoon
