Whereas complaint hath been this day made unto us two of her
Majties Justices of the peace for the Citys of London and Liberty
thereof (Quorum unus) by the Church wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of st Olave In hart Street in the City
of London that William Green< no role > and Margert< no role > his
wife are same into the said parish endeavouring to Settle
Themselves therein Contrary to Law and it appearing unto
us the said Justices that they are likely to Brome
Chargeable unto the said Parish of St. Olave in hart [..]
and where as it appears unto us the said Justices by the
Examination an City of the said William Green< no role > that
at the death of King Charles The Second he lived as a yearly hired servant with
Mr. Bird at the naggs head and wool pach Inn holder
was white Chappell. Church in the parish of St. Mary
White Chappell in the County of Midlesex and continued
to live wth. the said Mr Bird in the said parish of St. Mary what
Chappell untill June 1685 and upon a Street enquiry [..]

was doe therefore deem and adjudge that the last legall
settlement the said William Green< no role > and Margarat Green
is with parish of St. Mary white Chappell in the County
of Midlesex. These are therefore in her Majties: Name
to will and require you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Olave in hart street London or some
one of you forthwith to remove pass and Convey the said
William Green< no role > and Margaret< no role > his wife from and

Churchwardens and overseers of the poor shore or some
one of them who are hereby required to receive and
provide for them as she law directs and this shall be [..]
Warrant Given under our hands and Seals this Six
day of August Ano Dni 1713

To the Churchwardens and overseers of the
poor of the respective parishes of St. Olave in
Fort Street London and St Mary Whitechappell
in the County of Midlesex}
