John Allen< no role > taken upon Oath before me
Roger Smith< no role > Esqr one of her Maties.
Justices of the Peace of the County of
Middx the 20th. day of December Anno
Deid 1710

Who Servally Say that this day abt. Six in the
Morning two Men cause into the house of the
Said John Compear as the bear in Lymestreet
London one whereof calls his Name Thomas
Price
< no role > the other haveing made his Escape
is Unknown & that one of these Informants
John Compear did draw them a puit of Stale
Beer & Ale & while his back was turned they
went away wth out paying for theire Drink &
Left are at parte of the Same behind them
& as Soon as they were on the said John
Compear Mist two Brass potts Value of forty
Shillings & Persueing them one of them wer [..]
taken in White Chappell Namely the Said
Thomas Price< no role > And these Informants is Sure
& Posative that the said Thomas Price< no role > is one
of the two Men that left there Drink & went
away with the knowledge of the Landlord
