by Virtue of a Warrant under
the hands and seales of two of her Maties Justices of the Peace
within this
City (one being of the Quorn) bearing date the five and Twentieth day of
July last past was removed from the parish of St Buttolph without
Bishopsgate
London unto the said Parish of St Andrew Holborne
in the
County of Middx alleadgeing the said Parish to be the Place of the last
Legall settlement of the said

That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the said

never had any legall settlement in your
Petitioners said Parish whereby they conceive themselves
aggreived by the Warrant and Judgment made by the said Two
Justices and doe humbly appeale to your Honour and [..]

Honr and Worpps will be pleased to heare them in the
Prmisses and order the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poore of the said Parish of St Buttolph without
