two boxes together wth. women's and Children's wearing apparell or Gold
ring a Silver Sunffe boxtheand diverse other goods being the goods of

were feloniously taken and
Rolue out of the Fox and knett Inne
at Holbourne; Conduit
And this Informt. farther
Saith That James Butler< no role >
of St. James
in the said County Cabinetmaker
hath this day confessed unto this Informt. that he the said James Butler< no role >
together wth. one John Ellis< no role >
did see feloniously take and Steale the said
boxes and goods out of the said June as aforesaid And thereupon
this Informt. doth charge the said James Butler< no role >
and John Ellis< no role >
wth. the said Felony
