This Informt. Saith That on or about the 12th day
of September last past (being then a Servant to Mrs
Robert Middleton< no role > at the Sign of me City of Norwich in
an alehouse in Bishop gate street ) one Robert
Oliver
< no role > & John Collyer< no role > Came into his said Masters
house & Sent for Some meat to Eat in the said
House and this Informt. further Saith that about
an hour after they Came into his said Masters
House he this Informant hearing a great Noise
in the Roome where the said Oliver & Collyer were
he this Informt. thereupon looked this a little
hole wth. is made into the Roome where the said
Oliver & Collyer were and did then see the said
Oliver breeches downe to his knees as likewise the said
Collyer was in the same posture with the sd.
olivers Belly to the said Collyers back side
Whereupon this Informt. bursed into the Roome
& Surprized them. whereupon this Informt. Charged
a Constable wth them who Carried them to Severall
Justices of the peace but could notbe foundfound any at
home whereupon they desired to go to a Tavern
which the Constable accordingly did then the said
Oliver & Collyer Cried & Desired both this Informt.
& the Constable to take no Notice of this Fact fer
that they were very soory for the Same & would
never Court the like againe or used wores to
that or the like Effect
