But this Informt. never Saw any person who
the said Broughton pretended to have lifted in
his stead but the said Broughton told this
Informt. he would not have him called because
the Court would not discharge this Inform Unless
he would Lift himself under another Captain
whose Name this Informt. cannot at prsent.
