The Informacon of Rebecca< no role > the wife of Sebastian
Gilbert
< no role > Citizen and joyner of London taken upon her
Oath this 14th day of August 1701 .

This Informant upon her oath saith That Joseph Clerk< no role > Citizen and
from imbroider of London beign exsetsted of a paper milne & milne house in
to parish of Cobham in the County of Surry And this Informant being
intrasted to manager & lock after the to Joseph Clarks business & swork
that was carryed on at the sd House & mile One Thomas Seal< no role > (now
a prisoner in Newgate ) did on Wednesday to 6th day of this Informt.
come to the said house & in a formble manner with an axe broke into
the same no body being herein & at the same time caused And Informt. to
to Carryed may by whom of an arrest at his the Sd Thomas Seals siute
And that Informt. hath good reason to beleive & [..] wall satiftyed that
the said Thomas Seal< no role > having broke into the sd house & warryed away this
Informt. & matter of Word Joseph Charles< no role > servants ats aforesd. die take & carry
away out of the sd house of the Cropper goods of the sd Joseph Clarke< no role >
the Sevrall goods following Vizt. One Copper seven paire of Menle of
& our Sett of Sorths being 133 fells a panell of house [..] seall booke
of Accounts & or large bundleing of paper consisting of about three [..]
being togeather of the value of ten pounds or thereabouts as thus Informant
leapules the same for that this Informant on the sd 6th. day of Aug. Left all
the said goods in the Sand house. & hath sine found the same (except the
a bundles of paper) by vertue of a Search Warrant in Mr Bubb [..] house in
Fleet Lane in which house the sd Thomas Seal< no role > was Apprehended & did lodge
And the people of the said house have declared but the sd Thomas Seal< no role >
brought the said goods thiller
