London joyner taken upon oaths Said 10th day of Augs 1701

The Said Informant deposeth That upon or about the 18th day of July last
our Thomas Seal< no role > a joyner did feloniously take & convey of the propper goods of
Joseph Clark< no role > of London Inn bold or Sixty Six Round of paper of the value of
12s or [..] out of the said Jospeh Clarks paper milne in the Parish of Cobham
in the Custody of Surry & com Corr and goods to our John Garton< no role > And is in
Evening of the same day after Sun belt he the sd Thomas Seal< no role > togeather with one
Thomas Allwright< no role > came to the said Milne & house belonging thereto the Informt. & [..]
And being in the said house Etc in a forable under ab [..] pled to boat ats hold
house & wounded this Informt. by senall Splinters but flew from the door of the
said House when they assaulted the same to here upon this Informt. dreading they
would brenk into the sad house & under her der cay out under Sevrll times & for
help And the Saw Send & Allwright P [..] ing but some body was wrong to this Informt.
Assist me did go off And this Informt further Saith That the said Thomas Seal< no role > on
the Sixth day of this Informant August came again to the sd Milne & house & in a
for able manner [..] an Axe broke at the sd house no body being therein & broke
Sevrall doors of the roomes in the Sand house where goods used ti lye with inbut
to take & carry away all such goods as he shoulf fur there as he declared to their
Informt. when the came & from him in the said house & asked him be [..] there
But the sand, goods he expected being removed he raged & Swore that he would do
the sd Joseoh Clark & this Informant some further unside of [..] it should
cost him his lafe or used words to the sand effect
