The Beadle of the Parish of Sr. Brides being sent by
the Collectrs. thereof to make an Excuse and to pray farther
time for the Collecting the Mony from them ans was Ordered
to acquiant the Sd. Collectrs. that Witness they payd in the
Mony from them due with all speed they should bee [..]
ed against with Witness Security

J A Ballowe Servt. inquired of Sr . Wm Withers< no role > & his
Cash keeped whether any mony was payd for that Parish
& they looked Over their Booke & did not find any
Mony payd

Will You not Please to make a Rule of Court
to have them Sumoned instantly to attend & to bring
the Assessmt. made for the Corporacon with them

For then You will See when the Assesmt. are
made, & by whom, what Signed & Sealed the Warrt. &
what is Collected thereon

Will you not alsoe please to bind them ober to
the Session at the Old Bailye
