Whose upon Oath Sayth that abt. ye middle of
October last his house was tooke open in ye night
time and right Spoones and eight forkes of Silver Some
bookes linner and other goods were feloiously
taken out of his said house and yt some time in ye
last December this Examinant found his bookes in
ye position of one Richard Moor< no role > of Dukes place
whoe bought there of one How in Houndsditch whoe
bought ym. of Robert Benson< no role > of St. Clementy Danes
in ye Libty. of Westmr. when owned ye Same and pro-
duced one William Geer< no role > of whome he bought ym
and ye said Geer confessed ye Same when taken and is Committed
to Newgate for ye Said Burglary.
