Whereas in and by the Statute made in the 43d. yeare of the Reigne of the late
Queen Elizabeth Intitiled an Act for the Releife of the Poore Amongst other things
Itt is Enacted That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of Every Parish
doe and Shall wth. in fower dayes after att the end of their yeare and after other Overseers
are nominated thereunto make and yeild upp unto two Justices of the Peace in the
same County (whereof one to be of the Quor) [..] A true and perfect Account (amongst
other things) of all Sumes of money by them the said Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poore received or rated and Assessed and not received for and towards the
necessary releife of the Poore in every Parish and alsoe for the putting out of poore
Children there to be Appntices And his Maties. Justices of the peace now Assembled
att this Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for the said City of London
being Informed of the Great neglects and Defaults of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poore of of the whose parish of St. Budgett als Brides & of those respective parts of the Severall Parishes of St. Innstans in the westSr Bridgett
als Brides
Sr Andrew Holborne & St. SepulchersLondonwch doe lie wth in the ward of Farringdon wthout wth. in the Libertyes of this City & wthin
the Limits & Prcincts of the Jurisdiccon of the sard Sessions
wth. in the said City of London and Libertyes thereofin & for not makeing and yeilding us upto
the Alderman of the sd ward of Farringdon wth out in which heard the [..] Severall parishes are [..]
the Justices of the Peace as aforesd
