deceased doth Say that himselfe
this Examt. being last night between 11 &
12 of the Clock at one Blissetts Gameing
Chamber there hapned to Arise Some differ
ence & on that the Examint. went Away
& when he was in Lincolns Innfeilds
he
found himselfe followed by Blissett who
discovered himselfe by Saying Lett me goe
I will goe to him on that the Examt lookt
& discovered a Sword drawne in a Manshand
on that the Examt. Saith he drew his Sword
to defend himselfe & ye other person with
the drawne Sword Rushed on him & Recei'd
his Wounds by running on his ye Examts
Sword as this Examt. doth beleive & farther
this Examt. doth not Say.
