you brought before in and charged by
Theophilus Beanland< no role >
on oath for advising & directing him and others where to goe to
Comit Felonies & Burglaries & to steale the Hammock Cloaths
& Coach mans Cloaks off from Coaches & ordering him & them
to bring the Same to him, and he would give more for them than
any other. pson, and upon Search made a great many Such things
were found in his house some of which being owned, and alsoe for
harbouring & concealing him the said Butand in his house from
Justice a great many tymes when search hath been made
for him the said Buland by the said Hoatson & other Constables
And it appearing that the sd Hoatson hath got a great
many pound by such case doing and followed the same a great
many years. Him safely keep till legally discharged. Given undr.
my hand & seale this 13th. of March 1699
