Whereas Complt hath been made unto
us two of theire Maties: Justices of the peace
for this City (Quor unus) by the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Psh of St James Garlick hither

that one William Hammon< no role >
came into
theire Psh with out giveing notice in
writeing according to ye. Act of Parlyament
in that Case made & provided & is since
dead & left behinde him one Robert
Hammond< no role >
his son who is likely to become
chargeable to ye. sd Psh, And forasmuch
as it appeareth unto us upon the oath of
John Hartwell< no role >
that the aforesd Haman
lived at Brandford
in the Psh of Eeling
in the County of Middx
for five or six
Years as a house keeper & followed ye trade
of a basket maker

Children borne in ye aforesd Psh of wch
this Robert is one These are there

require ye Constables of ye sd Psh of
St James Garlick hither
to take & convey the sd Robt Hamman< no role >
the nearest & directest way to Branford
aforesd by Constable to Constable
and him there to leave in ye Custody
of ye. Churchwardens or overseers of
ye poor of ye. Psh of Eeling aforesaid
who are hereby required to provide
for ye. sd Robt Hammon according
