thither they carryed him to a Taverne in Tower Streete
and when they were in the Taverne the Said Goddin and
Macey Said that this Informant had Money and they
would have it, thereupon they laid hold of this Informants
pocketts and shook them and bid this Informant Deliver
his money, holding this Informant by the Armes, the Said
Goddin holding a Knife in his hand and the Said Macey a
greate stick, thereupon this Informant through feare
pulled his money out of his pockett amounting to
Seven pounds in Gold and Silver, and laid it upon
the Table wch both of them told over, and (as this In-
formant beleives) the Said Goddin putt it into his
pockett, and then they Swore that if they had him this
Informant out of the Cittie they would have his clothes
alsoe and thereupon they went away and left this
Informant in the Taverne, it being were ten of the
Clock at night, And this Informant further maketh
Oath that when he was at the Taverne in Tower Street
as aforesaid upon [..] theire Demanding his money as
aforesaid he would have gotten from them, but they
threatened him that if he Stirred or made a Noyse
they would be the death of him.
