Att the old Bayly.

Alexander Geakey< no role > surye on maketh oath that hee this Depont. not long
aftr. the Psecuter was wounded did by the order of Mr. Berhshell on his
friend got to the lodging of the said Mr. Willis which was in shipp
yarde in the parish of St. Clements Danes , where this Depont. Did
see the wound of the said Mr. Willis Dreste by Mr. Nedham a surjeon
And this Depont. forther saith that the said would beeing upon the right
side of the back slanting upwards in the flesh was then well digested
and nowayes in dangering his life as this Depont. veryly belevies according
to the best of his judgmt. And this Depont. further saith that her
hath bin severalls times since to see the said Mr. Willis att his said lodgings
in the Company of the said Mr. Nodham his surgeon to set the wound
drest but was attorly denyed so to dot by Mrs. Wills the wife of Mr. Willis
the Psecuter. And this Depont verly beeleives by this time the wound to bee
so will as not to hinder the said Mr. Willis in any business what soever.
