the houres of Seaven & Eight of ye Clocke in ye Evening this Informt. being
in ye walke or void space near ye. Exchequer office in ye Inner Temple saw
Two Persons Corne whereof had a lightish grew coloured Coate) & ye. other abultie man
wth. A blacke or darke coloured Coate or) who this Informt. beleives had been
fighting together for that ye. pson in [..] blacke or darke coloured Clothes said to ye. other
You haveor you havenot killed me or you have killed me Upon wth. ye
pson in lightish coloured Clothes asked ye. other whether he would bee quiet wth.
ye pson in blacke or darke coloured Clothes telling him hee would ye. pson in
lightish coloured Clothes bad him putt up his Swore for yt. hee had out up
his but ye pson in blacke or darke telling ye. other yt. hee was not able to
doe it flung downe his Swore whereupon this Informt. went away
supposeing ye pson in blacke or darke to bee in drinke hee asking ye other
to goe houre wth. him wth. hee agreed to And this Informt.Siyes that hee
beleives ye pson that was in blacke [..] darke clothes was ye decd. for yt
Soone after hee was gone hee held there was person killed neare ye.
