moved & instigated by ye Divell & of his Matice aforethought wth. one Rapier or Sword
of ye value of Five Shillings (wth. hee ye sd. Theophilus Young< no role > in his Right hard helds
in ye Juner. Temple London) ye said Charles Graham< no role > decd did strike or push
thereby giveing him One mortall wound in his body about three Inches belowe
his right pap about the breadth of halfe an Inch & of ye Depth of Three Inches or
thereabouts Of wth. Mortall wound ye. Sd. Charles Graham< no role > then & there instant dyed And
soe ye Jurors aforesd. say ye sd. Theophilus Young< no role > ye. Sd. Charles Graham< no role > did kill of Murther
contrary to ye. peace of Sd Soveigne Sd & Lady ye King & Queene And yt. sd. Theophilus Young< no role >
fled for ye same & hath noe goods or Chells to ye best of their knowledge In witnes whereof
ye Juros aforesd. to this Verdict have sett their hands ye day & yeare first abovewritten.
