parish of St Gyles Criplegate Upholder

This Informant says yt abt.ye beginning of
August last One Mary Nicholls< no role > . ats Worrell
sent a pair of pistolls by a Maid abt 20 years of
age to this Informts. house to have mony lent upon
ym But he this Informt haveing Suspicion yt
they were stolen demanded of ye person yt brought
them where she had them She replyed she had
ym of a Chairmaker in Aldersgate Street But
refused to produce ye Man of whom She had ym
Where upon this Informt Stopt ym and afterwards
upon Inquiry made he found yt they did belong
to one Mr John Silke< no role > a Gunsmith in ye Minonies
And Further att Prsent Says not
