he the said Cole was one of those two Psons that first
came into the Blew Bores head wth the said Mr
Milward that night that Dr Clinch was Murdered
as aforesaid, and that he the said Cole stayed wth
the said other Pson at the Boores head aforesaid
all the while that the said Milward was absent
