Who being Examined Saith That he being reteined
in the service of the said Mr. Du Cane as his Coach-
man Did on Tuesday or Wednesday last about
five A Clock in the Evening go into the said
Mr. Du Cane's Warehouse at the Casement (finding ye [..] same
[..] open) & there seeing A Bay of
Cockendale halfe full, lying in the Warehouse
did take thereout about fourteen pounds wright
of the said Cockendale, which he kept by him
& tooke away with him, when he left his sd.
service, (which was on monday the 21th.
instant. Which said Cockendale, this Examint.
did yesterday the 22th. instant, offer to sell to
A Druggist
in Cheapside
, who thereupon
caused this Examinant to be apprhended
upon suspicon of having stollen the same.
